We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager (M/F/X) to join a strategic international project managed by IBM for one of the world's leading companies in the FMCG sector.

• Lead strategic IT and Digital Transformation projects with an international scope.
• Define the roadmap, scope, planning, milestones and deliverables for each initiative.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams distributed across different countries.
• Act as the main point of contact between the business, technology, end customer and external partners.
• Lead progress review committees and executive presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, resources, risks and dependencies, ensuring established objectives are met.
• Oversee the performance of external providers, integrators and development teams.
• Ensure the proper application of project management methodologies adapted to each environment.
• Drive alignment between strategic business objectives and operational execution.
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers, risks and deviations.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and the success of global implementations.

• More than 8 years of experience leading IT and Digital Transformation projects in multinational environments.
• C1 level of English is essential.
• Extensive experience managing highly complex digital projects (Digital Transformation, Cloud, ERP, Migrations, Software Development, etc.).
• Demonstrable experience in international projects with geographically distributed teams.
• Comprehensive management of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and C-level profiles.
• Experience in project risk management, budgeting and financial control.
• Ability to coordinate providers, technology partners and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of PMP, PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• C1 level of English or higher.
