IT integrator for Cost Accounting

We are looking for an experienced IT Integrator within our IT Landscape at Finance & Reporting IT organization. In this role, you will play a key role in delivering business value by coordinating complex initiatives, connecting stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions within our PeopleSoft and ERP landscape.

As an IT Integrator, you will act as the bridge between Business and Technology, ensuring the successful integration of processes, applications, and systems across the Finance & Reporting landscape. You will oversee the end-to-end solution journey, ensuring that all components interact effectively, and that functional, non-functional, security, and compliance requirements are considered from day one. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and suppliers, you will challenge and refine solution designs, manage dependencies, and ensure that security, resilience, performance, and maintainability are embedded by design. You are proactive, comfortable challenging the status quo, and possess a strong «make it happen» mindset that enables you to transform complex ideas into robust and business-value-driven solutions.

• Coordinate the delivery of Business initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Act as a trusted partner between business and IT, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear implementation plans and actionable priorities.
• Challenge requirements, assumptions, and solution designs to maximize business value.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Business stakeholders on roadmap definition and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, collaboration, and ways of working.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, governance, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience as an IT Integrator, Delivery Lead, Feature Engineer, Project Manager, or similar role.
• Mandatory knowledge of ERP systems, preferably with experience in PeopleSoft.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Strong understanding of Finance and Reporting processes.
• Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of Cost Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, and financial data flows.
• Experience coordinating complex IT deliveries involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of system integrations, dependencies, and end-to-end ERP processes.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Has a strong proactive mindset and anticipates issues before they become problems.
• Demonstrates a "make it happen" mentality and takes ownership until delivery is completed.
• Is comfortable challenging constructively to improve outcomes and drive decision-making.
• Possesses excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Financial Controlling
• Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Experience with SAP, Oracle Financials, Workday, or other enterprise ERP platforms in addition to PeopleSoft.

Languages

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of French and/or Dutch is considered an asset.
