IS Senior Service Owner, Legal&Integrity

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define project planning strategies, select and implement appropriate project delivery methodologies, and lead the successful execution of global Legal & Integrity Information Systems initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, architects, business analysts, and service teams to deliver solutions that support ABB's Legal and Integrity function worldwide.

This role is contributing to the Core IS Function - IS Legal & Integrity and

delivers services to Corporate Legal & Integrity colleagues globally.

• You have 5+ years of experience delivering complex Information Systems projects in an international environment.
• You have established skills in Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, and Business Analysis.
• You are highly adept in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and project portfolio management practices.
• You have experience managing third-party suppliers, implementation partners, and software vendors.
• You are passionate about collaboration, problem solving, and building trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
• You are at ease communicating in English, both written and spoken.
• You have excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

The Legal & Integrity IS organization supports a portfolio of global applications and digital solutions used by ABB's Corporate Legal and Integrity function. The team is responsible for shaping the digital roadmap, delivering transformational projects, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring reliable operation of critical business applications worldwide.

This position offers exposure to executive stakeholders, global initiatives, and strategic technology programs impacting ABB worldwide.
