HR project manager in M&A

You will build and maintain project plans and tracking tools, ensuring seamless communication and decision-making across teams.

• Lead and coordinate HR initiatives, including payroll-related projects, policy changes, M&A integration, and HR transformation efforts.
• Build and maintain project plans and progress tracking tools to support planning, progress tracking, and decision-making.
• Proactively engage with key partners across the company to ensure timely and regular communication.
• Monitor project activities, track achievements, and distribute information, including critical metrics, to stakeholders.
• Analyze and manage project risks, implementing proactive mitigation strategies and validating project deliverables against requirements.

• Extensive experience managing HR projects in a large international company.
• Proven track record in managing M&A projects and multi-country project management.
• Strong ability to build and maintain program and project tools for analysis, tracking, reporting, and communication.
• Good understanding of HR systems and processes, including operational management.
• Collaborative approach, comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and management.
