HR project manager in HCM

Join us as an HR Project Manager – Systems, where you will lead and coordinate impactful HR initiatives that drive our organization forward. You will build and maintain project plans and tracking tools that support effective planning and decision-making. Engage proactively with key partners across the company, ensuring timely communication and collaboration as you monitor project activities and track achievements.

• Lead and coordinate HR initiatives, including payroll-related projects, policy changes, M&A integration, and HR transformation efforts.
• Build and maintain project plans and progress tracking tools to support planning and decision-making.
• Proactively engage with key partners across the company to ensure timely communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project activities, track achievements, and distribute critical metrics to stakeholders.
• Analyze and manage project risks, developing proactive mitigation strategies and validating project deliverables.

• Extensive experience managing HR projects in a large international company.
• Proven track record in managing HR systems projects, such as HCM implementations.
• Experience in multi-country project management.
• Strong ability to build and maintain program and project tools for analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborative approach, engaging with stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and management.
