Head of Tokenization

Founded in 2018, Talos provides institutional-grade trading technology for the global digital asset market, connecting institutions to the digital asset ecosystem and supporting the entire trading lifecycle.

• Lead the specification, high-level design, and delivery of a full tokenized securities venue platform and its integration into Talos, including market structure, liquidity provision, clearing and settlement, on-chain and off-chain integrations, identity and KYC/AML, and regulatory reporting
• Direct technical product management and Engineering, including dedicated project resources and cross-team dependencies, to ensure rapid, coordinated delivery
• Develop and own relationships with early design and ecosystem partners to shape product requirements and drive build, buy, and partner decisions
• Work with Revenue on go-to-market strategy and materials, marketing, and ownership of the product line P&L
• Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions and identify opportunities arising from emerging regulatory directions worldwide

• 10+ Years of professional experience
• Experience leading complex capital markets technology projects at banks, brokerages, asset managers, fintechs, or FMIs
• Demonstrated product ownership working with internal and external stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of capital markets across the trade lifecycle, including trading, financing, risk management and trading controls, clearing, and settlement; ability to assess what changes and what remains the same with tokenized assets
• Experience developing crypto or tokenized asset trading, portfolio, clearing, and settlement products
• Knowledge of blockchain networks and DeFi
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across products to drive project success in a fast-changing environment

• Compensation: $250K – $310K
