Elliptic provides screening, monitoring, and investigation products used by exchanges, banks, and government agencies. Its compliance products support teams working in financial crime compliance.

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the compliance portfolio as AI reshapes compliance work
• Lead product development for the agentic compliance programme, designing AI capabilities with auditability and explainability
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of product managers; hire and develop product talent
• Stay close to customers through design partnerships, analyst shadowing, product instrumentation, and internal dogfooding
• Turn ambiguous market signals into a clear product direction
• Prioritise new initiatives against the needs of existing products and explain prioritisation decisions
• Own outcomes and improve product velocity and quality, using AI across personal and team workflows
• Personally work on the most challenging product problems

• 10+ Years of experience building software products, including leading and developing product managers
• A track record of taking an ambiguous problem in a complex domain from zero to a product that real users depend on
• Product-side expertise in financial crime compliance, such as transaction monitoring, screening, KYC/EDD, or investigations, gained at an exchange, bank, fintech, or compliance technology company
• Working knowledge of crypto and blockchain
• Experience shipping AI or agentic capabilities to production and using AI in product work
• Strong execution skills, including breaking complex problems into shippable steps and maintaining quality
• Ability to work autonomously, identify opportunities, create clarity, and own a broad remit
• Systems thinking and a data-informed approach to product decisions
• Sound judgement under ambiguity
• Comfort working in regulated, high-stakes environments
