Pillar is building a financial operating system for the construction industry, bringing AI, automation, and modern software to an industry with slow, fragmented processes.

• Lead and grow the product managers who report directly to you
• Define KPIs for every product module and show how they contribute to company goals
• Build and maintain company-wide product dashboards covering adoption, usage, performance, and CSAT
• Track product teams’ goals, identify gaps early, and work with teams to close them
• Own the scope, quality, and predictability of product organisation deliveries
• Deliver the roadmap on time and raise risks and trade-offs before deadlines slip
• Run and adapt the rituals that keep design, engineering, and product aligned

• Started your career as an engineer and can discuss architecture, estimates, and trade-offs with engineering as a peer
• Experience in B2B SaaS, complex workflows, and products with multiple user personas
• Experience scaling a product, roadmap, and team after product-market fit
• Direct experience managing product managers
• Define metrics, build dashboards, and write SQL
• Track record of predictable delivery across multiple teams and useful team rituals
• Give clear, kind feedback and bring calm and clarity in difficult situations
• AI is already part of how you work and build
• Fluent English
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
