This pivotal role supports the CZ/SK organization by ensuring smooth office operations and a positive workplace experience. The position is responsible for office and facility management, fleet management, HR administrative support, and coordination of local projects and events. Working closely with the Leadership Team, the role helps deliver key office initiatives and organizational priorities. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset.

This is a 12 month contract starting as soon as possible.

• Proven experience and track record in an administrative role, experience with car fleet as an advantage
• Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines effectively
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Mindset of continuous improvement and proactivity
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of professionalism and courtesy in performing administrative duties and communicating appropriately with a variety of contact points
• Ability and willingness to act as a member of team, both with managers and their reports and with administrative colleagues
• English (speaking and writing) - advanced; Czech/ Slovak - native/fluent
