• Drive adoption and improve automation rates across an existing order automation solution.
• Coordinate project activities, deliverables, risks, dependencies and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops to identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Analyse user feedback, support cases and operational data to identify barriers to adoption.
• Recommend process and guideline improvements to reduce manual intervention.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, training, rollout, hypercare and ongoing enhancements.
• Act as the main business contact for incidents, enhancement requests and bug resolution, working with IT teams and external vendors.

• Approximately 3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, product ownership or process improvement.
• Experience with digitalisation, automation, AI or business transformation initiatives.
• An understanding of Customer Service, Order Management or commercial business processes.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and translating business needs into solution requirements.
• Experience managing and prioritising backlogs.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• An understanding of process mapping and process optimisation techniques.
• Professional proficiency in English.
