Digital platforms & web project manager

We are looking for a Digital Platforms & Web Project Manager with a strong vision of digital architecture and experience managing complex technology projects to lead the evolution of an international ecosystem made up of multiple websites, CMSs, marketing tools, integrations, and digital platforms. This is a strategic position for someone who enjoys coordinating vendors, turning business needs into technical solutions, and ensuring that all parts of the digital ecosystem work together seamlessly.

• Lead end-to-end digital projects, from defining requirements to production launch.
• Manage the evolution of websites, CMSs, CRM, PIM, and other tools in the digital ecosystem.
• Coordinate agencies and technology partners on more complex developments and implementations.
• Take part in technical work on web and CMS environments, carrying out small implementations, incident resolution, and improvements when necessary.
• Oversee the global digital architecture, ensuring the correct connection between platforms, tools, and processes.
• Manage integrations between systems using APIs and low-code/no-code solutions.
• Define functional requirements with business teams and turn them into clear technical documentation for vendors and developers.
• Drive improvements and automation in marketing and data management tools.
• Coordinate technical SEO initiatives with specialized agencies.
• Take part in projects involving the migration and evolution of corporate CMS platforms.
• Plan, document, and track projects, budgets, and deadlines.
• Ensure proper documentation, testing, and continuous improvement of platforms, workflows, and integrations.

• Solid experience managing complex digital projects in international environments.
• Knowledge of web architecture and corporate digital ecosystems.
• Experience working with enterprise-level CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of Java or the ability to interact with back-end development teams.
• Experience with integrations using REST APIs.
• Knowledge of data exchange formats such as JSON and XML.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
• Knowledge of technical SEO, including web architecture, indexing, and redirects.
• Advanced English level for collaborating with international teams.
• Organized, structured, and results-oriented.
• Enjoys understanding how all the parts of a digital ecosystem fit together.
• Comfortable coordinating several projects simultaneously.
• Able to communicate with technical profiles as well as business and marketing teams.
• Brings a strategic vision while keeping the focus on execution.
• Able to identify needs, propose solutions, and ensure their implementation.
• Enjoys working in a dynamic, international, and constantly evolving environment.
• This position is particularly suited to people with backgrounds in computer engineering, telecommunications, web development, digital architecture, or technology platform management who have combined technical vision, project management, and knowledge of complex web ecosystems.
