Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a leading full-service digital agency, content studio and incubator specialising in social-first, “always-entertaining” marketing. DMM works with movie studios, television networks, game developers & publishers, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships.
A Project Manager at DMM is responsible for project managing and producing a wide range of projects across multiple disciplines and platforms. They work with various teams, from Strategy & Creative, to Design & Motion, across different types of social content, such as performance marketing videos & statics, live action activations & productions, always-on social content and longer form content.
They should have a strong understanding of roles and capabilities across all departments, and they should be able to identify specific skill sets required for each account and project. The role requires strong communication and organisational skills. They need to have a keen eye for detail and the flexibility to pivot depending on the changing nature of the business, accounts or projects. They are expected to have experience working with large teams on integrated campaigns and experience working with smaller, agile teams on fast turnaround projects.
