Data project manager in people analytics

• Lead strategic HR analytics projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and coordinate delivery with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and IT teams.
• Gather stakeholder feedback, prioritize evolving needs, and maximize the value of data products.
• Coordinate the integration and deployment of analytics solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk analyses, and impact assessments.
• Support a legacy database migration study and define the target approach for Group-wide workforce reporting.
• Provide project coordination support for Learning & Development initiatives.
• Ensure data product quality, reliability, security, personal data protection, and alignment with governance principles.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement across data projects.

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, IT project management, or Data and Analytics project delivery.
• Higher education degree in a relevant field.
• Strong project management skills, including stakeholder coordination, planning, budget monitoring, and risk management.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and actionable delivery plans.
• Good understanding of data processing, analytics, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience defining relevant KPIs and supporting reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with data migration, data quality, and data governance.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and change management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
