cybersecurity product and offerings manager

EPAM’s cybersecurity practice builds repeatable services that sales can position and delivery teams can implement consistently. It develops AI-enabled cybersecurity offerings and managed services.

• Contribute to offering development, service packaging, and roadmap priorities through research, customer insights, and feedback from colleagues and partners
• Translate technical inputs and customer needs into clear requirements and proposed improvements
• Develop and maintain service descriptions, presentations, FAQs, requirements, enablement materials, and onboarding guidance
• Maintain assigned backlogs, coordinate stakeholder contributions and reviews, and track dependencies and readiness activities through completion
• Own the quality and timely completion of agreed deliverables
• Work with sales to support confident positioning and with delivery to support consistent implementation and operation
• Capture feedback from client engagements and use it to improve offerings
• Support the development of AI-enabled cybersecurity offerings and managed services

• Experience in cybersecurity operations, technical support, customer-facing security, or product work
• Ability to understand technical security topics and communicate their value to customers and colleagues
• Strong written communication and ability to turn incomplete inputs into structured, usable outputs
• Experience managing backlogs, deliverables, and stakeholder reviews, with a track record of completing work reliably
• Sound judgment, a collaborative and proactive approach, and a learning mindset, including constructive use of feedback
