• Develop and own the overall E2E test strategy and test plans for functional, integration, and regression testing
• Define test scope, objectives, entry and exit criteria, and success metrics
• Identify test dependencies across systems, teams, and third-party integrations
• Oversee and manage end-to-end test execution across multiple workstreams
• Track test progress, defects, and risks, and report status to stakeholders and leadership
• Coordinate test cycles, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing phases
• Manage test environments and data requirements with technical teams
• Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Integrate testing activities into sprint cycles and align them with iterative delivery timelines
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Act as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors and partners involved in testing
• Coordinate testing schedules, deliverables, and issue resolution with external parties
• Manage relationships and align internal teams with third-party providers
• Apply working knowledge of Coupa to inform test scenarios for procurement processes
• Validate procurement workflows, integrations, and business rules within the Coupa platform
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure Coupa-related requirements are adequately tested

• 10+ Years of experience as a Test Manager, ideally with E2E testing across multiple systems
• Strong background in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)
• Experience in test planning, execution, and defect management
• Experience engaging and managing third-party vendors/partners in a testing capacity
• Working knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement systems
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+)
