• Define measurable acceptance thresholds for non-deterministic systems, such as accuracy on a labelled set, groundedness, or exact match on report control totals
• Act as the single point of demand intake across nine corporate departments, each with its own priorities and sign-off authority

• 5+ Years as a BA or PO, including 3+ years in regulated financial services
• Experience in at least two of finance, procurement, HR, or legal automation
• At least one AI/ML or analytics product delivered to production
• Fluent Azerbaijani and English
• Curiosity about solving business problems with AI
• Comfort across business, data, and technology
• End-to-end ownership
• Continuous learning
