Noda provides Open Banking solutions and online payment services that enable customers to make seamless transactions directly to merchants’ bank accounts.

• Perform daily merchant settlements, including calculating fees, balances, reserves, and payouts
• Reconcile transactions and balances across internal systems, PSPs, banks, and crypto providers
• Calculate settlement amounts, prepare payment instructions, and monitor fund movements
• Investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate daily settlement and reconciliation reports
• Drive process automation and efficiency improvements using modern technologies, including AI-powered tools

• 2–3+ Years of experience in FinTech, PSP, Payment Operations, Settlements, or Reconciliation
• Strong understanding of payment flows, merchant balances, fee structures, reserves, and fiat/crypto settlements
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, complex formulas, and Pivot Tables
• Hands-on experience with process automation, including practical use of AI/LLM tools to improve calculations, reconciliations, and reporting
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• English B2+
