Payroll Team Lead (maternity cover)

At NielsenIQ, we are seeking an experienced Payroll Team Lead to join our Global Payroll Center of Excellence on a maternity cover assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of payroll operations across Bulgaria, Poland, and Hungary, partnering closely with HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and other stakeholders.

As the Payroll Team Lead, you will provide operational leadership to the payroll team, ensure compliance with local regulations, manage payroll audits and controls, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role reports directly to the Regional Payroll Director, EEMEA, and is part of NielsenIQ's Global Payroll organization.

Additional Information

The annual salary range is between 32.000 - 36.000 EUR. (Offers are made within the disclosed range based on objective, role-related criteria and internal pay equity);
