задачи
Manage relationships with 10+ international banks
Oversee FX operations, liquidity, and intercompany transfers
Supervise invoicing for 50+ clients and EOR projects
Handle payment delays, conduct billing audits, and act as an escalation point for billing concerns
Lead client audit processes
Manage monthly payments for 550–600 employees and contractors
Ensure accurate and timely salary distribution
Oversee tax filings and statutory payments across jurisdictions
Coordinate transfer pricing reporting with external consultants
Lead the budgeting process and year-over-year analysis
Deliver regular financial reports, P&L statements, and forecasts to the CEO
Manage and support the finance team in Ukraine
Optimize workflows and implement new financial tools, such as Zoho
Resolve cross-departmental financial concerns and support client-facing operations
требования
5+ Years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management
Hands-on experience in FX, cash flow management, payroll, and client billing
Leadership skills and proven experience managing a team
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident English
Proficiency in financial systems
Deep understanding of financial best practices and a proven ability to design, implement, and scale efficient finance processes across multiple jurisdictions
Будет плюсом: Previous experience in international or group-level finance roles, knowledge of accounting and tax regulations in Poland, Israel, UK, or UAE, finance certification such as CFA or CPA, experience using AI tools for finance operations such as Claude
