• Strong credit analysis and risk assessment skills, including experience evaluating MSME financial performance and business models.
• Knowledge of banking products and services for micro, small, and medium-sized businesses, and familiarity with lending policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, including interpretation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow projections.
• Effective communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to explain complex lending conditions clearly and build trust with business clients.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for preparing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and meeting deadlines.
• Relevant higher education in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Fluency in local languages and strong working proficiency in Russian.
