Own Corporate monthly closures for the assigned entities
Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with local accounting and reporting requirements.
Manage and coordinate external audit activities, including preparation of audit schedules, provision of supporting documentation, and timely resolution of auditor inquiries.
Prepare and submit required statistical reports, ensuring compliance with local reporting deadlines and requirements.
Perform account analysis and follow-ups, prepare monthly reconciliations to ensure journal entries and account balances are accurate and complete.
Ensure that financial information complies with professional, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
Drive compliance with statutory accounting regulations and stay abreast of regulatory changes and accounting best practices.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
требования
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in General Ledger accounting or a similar accounting role; experience in a matrix organization environment will be considered an advantage.
experience in Polish statutory accounting (with exposure to Polish statutory financial statements preparation) preferred.
Knowledge of GUS/statistical reporting requirements and compliance obligations.
Experience in supporting and coordinating external audits.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
Experience with data analytics will be an advantage.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Fluent English and Polish, including professional business and accounting terminology.
Knowledge of ERP systems.
