Title: Senior Linux System Security Engineer

Grade: P3

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Working hours: Monday to Friday; 9am – 5pm CET

• Advanced Patch Management: Overseeing and implementing advanced Linux patch management strategies, ensuring our systems are up-to-date and resilient against existing and emerging vulnerabilities.
• Comprehensive Vulnerability Management: Leading comprehensive vulnerability assessments of identified security risks in order to mitigate them in accordance with industry standards and best practices, as well as customer policies.
• Expert Baseline and Hardening: Setting the gold standard for security baselines and hardening, for various environments (Linux, Windows, Android, iOS, network devices, etc.) and guiding the team to adhere to these standards.
• Provide training to internal teams on cybersecurity best practices.
• Develop and implement security solutions for new and existing systems and applications.
• Create and review internal processes and ensure they are in line with customer policies.
• Work with other IT teams to solve information security system problems and issues.
• Respect NCRV procedures, as well as the team’s internal procedures.
• Perform other corresponding duties and tasks in accordance with qualifications.
• Support daily and/or OOH activities on request in accordance with pre-defined plans.
• Python Scripting - maintaining the deployment web platform

Experience with tools: Rapid 7, Intune, CloudIQ, AirWatch/Workspace One, and Defender
