Grup Montaner is a consultancy specializing in talent selection and development. The company is collaborating with a maritime-industrial company on a finance leadership role in Barcelona.

• Supervise the complete accounting cycle;
• Prepare and analyze financial reporting;
• Coordinate tax obligations;
• Manage relationships and coordination with auditors, banks, and regulatory entities;
• Monitor budgets and analyze variances;
• Improve internal processes and financial tools;
• Supervise one person.

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field;
• 5 Years of experience in comprehensive finance functions, preferably in multinational companies;
• High level of English for communication with foreign stakeholders;
• Experience with ERP systems;
• Autonomous, practical, and business-oriented approach;
• Global financial vision;
• Hands-on and executive approach;
• Ability to adapt to agile environments;
• Continuous improvement mindset;
• Genuine involvement in the business;
• Nice to have: Navision experience.

• Permanent contract directly with the company;
• Office hours are usually 9:00 to 18:00;
• 50.000€ – 60.000€ Bruto anual.
