• Provide business support to the Country Manager by translating financial data into actionable operational insights;
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support decision-making for the Country Manager and regional leadership;
• Perform controlling of DACH subsidiaries in accordance with statutory accounting laws and US GAAP;
• Update operational and financial budgeting plans and forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis;
• Provide accurate month-end results and variance analysis to the Country Manager and EMEA leaders;
• Highlight financial risks and opportunities;
• Support day-to-day business transactions and improvements;
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting;
• Prepare cashflow forecasts;
• Calculate quarterly sales bonuses and commissions;
• Execute month-end closing in US GAAP and local statutory standards;
• Manage internal and external audits;
• Fulfill tax, legal, and statutory entity obligations;
• Support Compliance, Legal, and HR departments;
• Perform account reconciliations.

• Proven experience in a similar position within the DACH region (at least 5 years);
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting;
• Strong organizational, rigorous, and methodical approach to work;
• Highly analytical mindset with problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Proactive, accountable, and customer-oriented attitude;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle);
• Experience with consolidation and visualization tools (e.g., OneStream, PowerBI);
• Strong knowledge of local and US GAAP;
• English (fluent);
• Nice to have: German language skills.
