The company facilitates personalized learning journeys for users across 180 countries, focusing on scaling global education through technology and data-driven insights.

• Lead Product Finance end to end and serve as the senior Finance voice in product planning forums;
• Own the financial model and forecast for core product areas;
• Stress-test ROI assumptions under various investment scenarios;
• Measure product investment returns by translating experiment lift and cohort data into validated, annualized revenue impact;
• Maintain a financial view of the full product investment portfolio;
• Lead the Product workstream in Annual Operating Planning (AOP) and Long-Range Planning (LRP);
• Build financial theses and models for high-uncertainty bets, such as non-language subjects and AI-assisted learning;
• Define frameworks for scaling, holding, or pulling back on strategic investments;
• Act as a trusted Finance partner to product leadership and prepare executive-level reporting for the CPO and CFO;
• Analyze the impact of product changes on CAC, LTV, and retention;
• Utilize AI tools to improve analytical speed and efficiency.

• 8+ Years of experience in product analytics, product finance, or closely related FP&A roles;
• Experience in high-growth B2C or marketplace businesses;
• Deep expertise in product impact measurement, including experiment analysis, lift quantification, and cohort analysis;
• Familiarity with experimentation methodologies and their financial planning limitations;
• Ability to build financial frameworks and models from scratch in ambiguous, early-stage contexts;
• Strong proficiency in Looker or similar reporting tools and advanced Excel/Google Sheets;
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills;
• Nice to have: Demonstrated success using AI tools to drive insights and efficiencies.
