• Lead the overall finance and accounting operations for the Kazakhstan mining entity;
• Establish and maintain robust financial controls, accounting policies, and internal control procedures;
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and Kazakhstan statutory requirements;
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis to support business decisions;
• Oversee tax planning, tax filings, VAT, CIT, and statutory reporting while ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations;
• Coordinate annual external audits, internal audits, and regulatory inspections;
• Monitor project CAPEX and OPEX, cost control, procurement spending, and financial performance throughout the mining project lifecycle;
• Support financing activities, banking relationships, treasury management, and foreign exchange risk management;
• Work closely with headquarters in China to ensure timely financial reporting and compliance with group policies;
• Build and lead the local finance team while improving financial systems and ERP processes.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience;
• Nice to have: Experience in mining, EPC, infrastructure, energy, or heavy industrial projects.
