The company is a fast-growing iGaming product operating across international Tier 2–3 markets. It focuses on scaling transaction volumes, expanding geographic presence, and rapidly evolving its payment infrastructure.
задачи
- Develop and optimize payment infrastructure and checkout;
- Build and manage payment method cascades to improve approval rate and conversion;
- Configure routing logic, filters, and traffic distribution across PSPs and payment channels;
- Monitor payment methods and key performance metrics daily;
- Manage liquidity and provider balances;
- Analyze decline rates and collaborate with providers to reduce failures;
- Launch new payment methods and alternative solutions for different GEOs;
- Run A/B tests and payment experiments with product and analytics teams;
- Optimize user payment flows and transaction speed;
- Develop backup solutions to ensure payment stability;
- Participate in new GEO launches and build local payment setups;
- Reduce processing costs and improve commercial terms with PSPs;
- Lead operational communication and negotiations with payment partners;
- Develop antifraud and risk processes, including fraud prevention, chargeback management, and suspicious activity monitoring;
- Build transparent reporting and payment analytics;
- Collaborate with product, CRM, risk, finance, and analytics teams.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience in iGaming on the merchant side;
- Experience in Payments Manager, Payment Operations, or Head of Payments roles;
- Deep understanding of payment infrastructure and key payment methods: P2P, e-wallets, APM, crypto, e-commerce;
- Hands-on experience with routing, cascades, filters, and payment logic;
- Strong command of key metrics: approval rate, success rate, conversion, fraud/chargeback rate;
- Experience with BI systems and payment analytics;
- Understanding of AML/KYC processes and risk management principles;
- English for confident communication with international providers;
- Nice to have: Experience scaling payment infrastructure, established network among PSPs and local payment providers, practical experience building antifraud processes from scratch, proven track record of improving approval/conversion metrics.
