• Provide company leadership with analytical tools to understand operational results and cost drivers;
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles;
• Build and run financial models and scenarios;
• Run variance analysis;
• Produce accurate monthly US GAAP financial statements in adherence to group compliance standards and deadlines;
• Collaborate with other functions to track KPIs and optimize performance;
• Participate in the preparation of regular internal management reports;
• Monitor compliance with internal and SOX control frameworks;
• Participate in ad-hoc business projects.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• 3+ Years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing;
• Advanced experience in any ERP system;
• Strong analytical mindset;
• English (written and spoken, B1+ minimum);
• Fluency in Ukrainian;
• Proactive mindset, adaptability, detail orientation, and stress tolerance;
• Nice to have: Experience preparing financial statements under US GAAP or IFRS, prior experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L variance analysis.
