The company is a fast-growing, sustainability-focused e-commerce retail business with a £200 million turnover and an expanding international presence. It operates as a B-Corp certified organization.

• Map existing FP&A reporting processes to identify and eliminate manual steps across consolidations and validations;
• Automate FP&A reporting through platform configuration, scripting, and AI tooling;
• Document implemented processes for the existing team and future business use;
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between the financial reporting platform and trading/BI systems;
• Build and roll out an automated reconciliation process across the business;
• Support the broader FP&A team with commercial analysis, reforecast consolidation, and ad hoc requests.

• Proven FP&A experience (2+ years);
• Experience automating existing FP&A processes and reporting;
• Hands-on experience with CPM/EPM platforms such as Vena, Anaplan, TM1, Adaptive Insights, OneStream, or Hyperion;
• Proven experience in reporting automation by identifying and eliminating manual steps;
• Strong stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment;
• Nice to have: Use of AI tools, ideally Claude in a personal or professional setting.

• £55,000 Per year;
