An established financial services company provides transaction advisory support for corporate sales, acquisitions, and carve-out processes through detailed financial analysis.

• Conduct detailed financial due diligence analyses for corporate acquisitions and divestments;
• Analyze historical financial data and business plans to derive valuation insights;
• Support carve-out processes by generating and evaluating financial data for business units;
• Assist in the commercial assessment of purchase price mechanisms within sale and purchase agreements;
• Collaborate with project teams to advise clients throughout all phases of a transaction.

• Degree in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field with a focus on corporate finance;
• Initial practical experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial modeling;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to adapt to dynamic project environments;
• German at C1 level;
• English at B2 level;
• Nice to have: Exposure to Alteryx or VBA.
