• Manage liquidity
• Oversee payment transactions, verify payments, and resolve issues
• Track daily operational transactions and maintain accurate records
• Monitor account balances continuously
• Process financial data
• Ensure cost-effective and legally compliant operations
• Organize and maintain an up-to-date project documentation workflow
• Collaborate with the Financial team on financial reporting and forecasting
• Monitor subscription billing cycles and ensure uninterrupted system operations

• Experience as a Back Office Specialist, Payment Specialist, Operational Specialist, or in a similar role
• Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Background in banks, fintech, or financial institutions
• Strong knowledge of operations and compliance
• Deep understanding of payment processes and payment systems
• Fluent in English and Russian
