The Finance Organization acts as a strategic partner, combining financial expertise, complex analytics, risk knowledge, and financial integrity to support the company’s success. The International Card Services FP&A team leads forecasting and financial planning for the ICS segment, providing decision support through P&L reports, analyses, and financial planning.
задачи
Lead analytical workstreams for high-priority transformation projects across the Account Margin vertical, using P&L, Product, and Cardmember-level data to derive insights and improve forecasting visibility and accuracy
Produce performance analyses for Finance and Business leadership, identifying insights and risks and opportunities across Fee Revenue sources and COCMS benefits costs
Develop and improve financial forecasting models, using GenAI tools to influence decisions
Collaborate with ICS LFO teams to incorporate strategic insights and local knowledge into long-term analytical processes
Own financial analysis for ICS Account Margin and work with LFO partners to assess market and product performance drivers supporting the ICS outlook and Annual and Long-Range planning processes

Excellent analytical skills, including extensive use of big data and GenAI analytical tools and P&L analytics
Financial analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to identify trends, develop insights, and support decisions for senior management
Solid understanding of P&Ls and card economics
Strong communication skills and the ability to tell stories through data
Highly motivated and intellectually curious, with a desire to work on ambiguous and complex projects
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
Flexibility to adapt to change, work under pressure, meet deadlines, maintain a positive attitude, and learn
