• Create and develop monthly and management reports and relevant KPIs for business steering;
• Own budget and forecasting processes, including ongoing plan-versus-actual analyses;
• Conduct variance and profitability analyses and derive concrete recommendations;
• Prepare business evaluations and analyses to support management and specialist departments;
• Build and develop KPI systems and dashboards, particularly with Power BI;
• Prepare and analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for action;
• Develop and automate existing controlling and reporting processes;
• Contribute actively to cross-functional projects and the further development of controlling structures.

• Completed degree in business administration, finance, controlling, mathematics, or a comparable qualification;
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a medium-sized company;
• Solid experience in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;
• Very good Excel skills and confident use of ERP systems;
• Experience with Power BI and a strong understanding of data-driven business steering;
• Strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of business relationships;
• Ability to analyze complex matters in a structured way and present them clearly to different stakeholders;
• Very good German skills, spoken and written;
• High initiative and willingness to question and actively improve existing processes.

• Annual gross compensation of 70.000 - 90.000 €;
