• Lead pricing responses for new opportunities by developing competitive, innovative, and profitable fee proposals aligned with the firm’s strategic and financial goals;
• Conduct pricing-focused practice group, industry, and market analysis to support leadership decision-making;
• Develop an internal pricing database and external go-to-market templates for key product areas;
• Assist the Rate Approval Committee by using the ServiceNow database to develop reports on outcomes, performance, and trends from historical approval decisions;
• Prepare analysis and presentation materials for annual pricing strategy meetings with senior management and leadership teams.

• Have knowledge and proficiency in PC applications, including project management software, MS Office, and other programs needed for thorough analyses and reports;
• Demonstrate advanced financial modelling and project management skills;
• Demonstrate an advanced ability to identify and analyse problems and develop alternative strategies to solve them;
• Have experience training or informally mentoring peers or junior team members;
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in economics, finance, accounting, business administration, management, or a related field;
• Nice to have: a master’s degree or equivalent in a related field, experience in financial analysis and/or project management in a professional services environment, experience developing financial analysis/modeling and project tracking/reporting.
