financial analyst for AI-powered planning

• Support month-end closing activities and related reporting;
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports for decision-making;
• Perform accounting records and bank transactions, and support tax compliance activities;
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather data and align financial insights with business goals;
• Support the review and reconciliation of expense reports, bank statements, AR balances, and AP balances;
• Support cash flow monitoring and cost analysis;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of financial processes and tools, including ERP and expense management systems;
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data through review and reconciliation activities.

• Approximately 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting, or a related area;
• Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving;
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets;
• Basic understanding of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow;
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to financial and non-financial stakeholders;
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment;
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal;
• Nice to have: experience with financial systems or ERPs such as Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp, or similar tools.
