ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how people interact with technology. It develops platforms for AI-powered customer experiences, creative content generation, and access to AI audio models.

• Run NetSuite end to end, including multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts and segments, scripting and workflows, release management, roles, and segregation of duties as the company builds toward public-company controls
• Own integrations between Stripe, Ramp, Deel, and HiBob and NetSuite, and between NetSuite and the data warehouse, enabling month-end reconciliation by design
• Lead the selection and rollout of new systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration
• Handle finance setup for every new entity
• Build AI agents and automations with the Automations and Data teams for invoice coding, people-cost reconciliations, and accounting requests
• Represent the systems perspective in finance decisions on new pricing models, geographies, and audit readiness

• Hands-on administration of a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance, including SuiteScript/SuiteQL, saved searches, roles, and releases
• End-to-end ownership of an ERP or billing implementation or migration
• Understanding of how Stripe data flows into an ERP and revenue recognition
• Ability to build integrations through iPaaS or code that reconcile and alert when something breaks
• Comfortable using SQL
• Understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C, and related controls
• Ability to work with accountants, engineers, and auditors
• AI-first approach; daily use of tools such as Claude Code or Cursor and automation of workflows before staffing them
