Accountant

Crystalia Glass LLC is a leading provider of premium glass products, trusted by renowned clients such as SpaceX, Nike, Starbucks, Bank of America, Yves Saint Laurent, and many others. Founded in 2017 in New York, the company now operates across the United States, delivering high-quality glass solutions for both residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our Accounting team.

• Record and allocate daily bank transactions, including checking accounts and credit card activity
• Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly bank and credit card statements
• Maintain the AP subledger
• Regularly reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Allocate COGS, direct costs, and operational expenses across multiple projects and cost centers
• Identify, track, and flag discrepancies or irregularities in financial data for internal review

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, including at least 1 year with a U.S.-based company
• Professional education in accounting
• Confident QuickBooks Online (or Desktop) user with at least 1 year of hands-on experience, from basic bookkeeping to reconciliations (mandatory)
• English level B1-B2 or higher
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
