Edrington crafts exceptional ultra-premium spirit brands, including The Macallan, Highland Park, The Glenrothes, Brugal premium rum, and No.3 London Dry Gin. Its principal shareholder is a charitable trust.

• Partner with the Director of Finance & Operations, Regional Managing Director, and EEMEAI leadership team to develop and deliver the regional business strategy;
• Co-own the 3-year plan, Annual Operating Plan, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews;
• Lead financial planning, reporting, cash flow management, investment appraisal, pricing governance, and commercial performance analysis;
• Oversee financial risk management, internal controls, accounting compliance, credit and cash management, audit requirements, and relationships with Group Finance;
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and governance standards;
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team;
• Ensure effective delivery of priorities, strong stakeholder collaboration, clear process ownership, and alignment across the wider finance function.

• Degree-level education or equivalent;
• Recognised professional finance qualification such as ICAS, ICAEW, CIMA, or ACCA;
• Significant experience commensurate with a senior finance leadership role;
• Experience in an international and complex business environment;
• Proven track record of progression and achievement;
• Strong financial and management reporting expertise;
• Business analysis and investment appraisal skills;
• Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams;
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills;
• Confidence and gravitas to challenge and engage senior stakeholders and strong personalities constructively;
• Advanced IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, TM1, and SAP.
