• Own the financial performance of the Dutch organization;
• Review and challenge the work of the international Shared Service Center;
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes;
• Analyze financial results and translate insights into concrete management actions;
• Identify opportunities and risks based on financial and operational KPIs;
• Contribute actively to process optimization and finance transformation projects;
• Ensure compliance, internal controls, and corporate accounting guidelines;
• Act as the primary contact for external accountants, tax advisors, banks, and Internal Audit;
• Manage and coach one Finance Officer;
• Report directly to the Finance Director;
• Focus on financial control, business partnering, performance management, and advising the board and management team.

• Completed university degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Economics, or a comparable field;
• Approximately 6–10 years of relevant work experience;
• Background in the audit practice of a Big Four firm or comparable accounting organization;
• 1–4 Years of experience in an international commercial organization;
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Dutch GAAP, and financial reporting;
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance management;
• Strong business partnering skills;
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and hands-on attitude.

• Salary of €95,000–€115,000 gross per year including holiday allowance, depending on experience;
