finance manager in manufacturing

Theodorou Salt is a well-established and growing manufacturing organization operating across multiple companies.

• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports;
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring;
• Monitor financial performance and analyze variances;
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements;
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes;
• Support audit file preparation and liaise with external auditors;
• Assist with VAT, tax, and other statutory reporting obligations;
• Contribute to maintaining and improving financial controls and processes;
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses required by management.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• ACCA, ACA, or CPA qualified;
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience;
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Nice to have: Experience in a manufacturing or multi-company environment.
