finance manager in M&A integration

Annapurna is a fast-growing corporate group shaped by acquisitions. The group is building and professionalizing its finance function across decentralized companies and business units.

• Build and develop Group Finance & Reporting;
• Support finance-side integration of new acquisitions;
• Develop processes, systems, and KPI structures;
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning, and performance analysis;
• Act as a sparring partner for founders and managing directors of portfolio companies;
• Collaborate with local finance leads and external partners.

• Hands-on experience integrating acquisitions from a finance perspective;
• Experience bringing together different finance processes, systems, and structures after closing;
• Experience with multiple companies or business units;
• Understanding of how to create transparency, standards, and efficient finance processes in a decentralized organization;
• Finance generalist with a builder mentality;
• Experience in Group Finance, M&A / Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Controlling, a buy-and-build model, or a fast-growing company;
• Very good German and English skills.
