finance manager in commercial real estate

The company is an international investment platform operating in the commercial real estate sector. It manages investment and development projects across multiple European markets and works with capital partners and financial institutions.

• Coordinate financial reporting processes for investors, capital partners, and lending institutions;
• Prepare periodic management reports and financial analysis for the investment portfolio;
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, cash flow planning, and funding requirements;
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets and investigate significant variances;
• Liaise with banks and financing institutions on reporting, financing, and refinancing activities;
• Ensure compliance with financing agreements, debt covenants, and reporting obligations;
• Support debt and equity funding processes across the project portfolio;
• Collaborate with external advisors, auditors, and service providers across different jurisdictions;
• Drive improvements in financial reporting, controls, and month-end closing processes;
• Support the implementation and enhancement of financial systems and reporting tools.

• At least 7 years of experience in financial controlling and reporting;
• Very good knowledge of the real estate industry, especially commercial development;
• Experience working with banks, investors, and capital partners;
• Good understanding of IFRS and practical financial accounting principles;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Fluent in English and Polish;
• Proactive mindset and ability to create processes from scratch;
• Nice to have: Background in financial audit.
