• Lead and supervise an accounting team of 2–3 people, ensuring effective task distribution and professional development;
• Prepare group consolidation adjustments;
• Analyze and monitor adjustments for GAAP differences between local GAAP and US GAAP;
• Prepare and deliver the monthly Reporting Package to the Group;
• Perform Flux Analysis and justify the main variances;
• Collaborate on external audits;
• Assist in reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;
• Provide financial reports to senior management and assist in analyzing financial results and KPIs;
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of group accounting records;
• Oversee and review group accounting operations across the group;
• Guarantee compliance with local and global accounting regulations across the group;
• Participate in implementing and enhancing accounting tools and ERP systems;
• Implement process improvements to optimize time and resources;
• Propose and execute automation and efficiency initiatives within financial processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance;
• Big 4 experience is required;
• Advanced knowledge of Spanish GAAP;
• Solid knowledge of group consolidation processes and intercompany eliminations;
• Proven experience in external or internal audit cycles and statutory reporting;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel;
• Strong financial analysis skills;
• Strong leadership and team management abilities;
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Fluent in Spanish;
• Advanced level of English;
• Nice to have: US GAAP knowledge, experience with ERP systems and reporting tools, experience with AI tools and automation workflows, project management experience.
