• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, providing insights into business performance, risks, and opportunities;
• Act as a finance business partner to teams across voize;
• Drive financial reporting and analysis;
• Build models, dashboards, and decision-support tools for leadership and teams;
• Own and improve operational finance processes, including preparatory accounting, invoice and expense workflows, reconciliations, payment processes, and month-end preparation;
• Build and improve the Finance stack by connecting systems and data;
• Automate recurring processes and use Spendesk, ERP/accounting systems, BI tools, and AI to reduce manual work;
• Support international growth by working with external accounting partners across countries;
• Work with different GAAPs, statutory requirements, and international finance operations.

• 4–7 Years of hands-on experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, or a similar role;
• Solid accounting knowledge and practical bookkeeping experience;
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking;
• Ability to understand financial drivers, challenge assumptions, and turn numbers into clear recommendations;
• Strong systems mindset and ability to make finance processes simpler, more reliable, and scalable;
• Hands-on experience using AI and automation to redesign and improve Finance workflows;
• Ability to identify high-impact use cases and implement practical solutions independently;
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems and modern Finance tools;
• High ownership and a builder mentality;
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and communicate with stakeholders;
• Fluent English;
• Conversational German;
• Nice to have: experience with Spendesk, BI/reporting tools, or workflow automation platforms.
