задачи
- Participate in the monthly cost allocation process across business lines, products, and legal entities;
- Prepare and calculate allocations of shared and overhead expenses;
- Support month-end close activities related to cost allocations, revenue accruals, and cut-off procedures;
- Support AR/AP closing activities;
- Perform reconciliations and consistency checks for allocated costs and transactional data;
- Review and validate primary accounting data for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness;
- Support revenue recognition processes and ensure proper cut-off;
- Analyze variances and investigate discrepancies within assigned areas;
- Collaborate with FP&A, Business Lines Finance, HR, IT, and Group Closing teams within the assigned scope;
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within management accounting.
требования
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- 2–4 Years of experience in management accounting, cost accounting, or general accounting;
- Hands-on experience participating in month-end closing processes;
- Practical understanding of cost allocation principles and accrual accounting;
- Experience with AR/AP processes;
- Good understanding of P&L structure and cost behavior;
- Strong MS Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and working with large datasets;
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as 1C, Xero, or similar;
- Intermediate or higher English;
- Fluency in Russian;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
- Responsible and structured approach to assigned areas;
- Nice to have: experience in iGaming, fintech, or digital product companies; experience working in international or geographically distributed groups; participation in finance automation, system implementation, or process optimization initiatives.
