Finance Manager

• Take overall responsibility for the financial performance of the Dutch organization;
• Review and challenge the work of the international Shared Service Center;
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes;
• Analyze financial results and translate insights into concrete management actions;
• Identify opportunities and risks based on financial and operational KPIs;
• Contribute actively to process optimization and finance transformation projects;
• Ensure compliance, internal controls, and adherence to corporate accounting guidelines;
• Act as the primary contact for external accountants, tax advisors, banks, and Internal Audit;
• Manage and coach one Finance Officer;
• Report directly to the Finance Director;
• Focus on financial control, business partnering, performance management, and advising the directors and management team.

• Hold a completed university degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Economics, or a comparable field;
• Have approximately 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience;
• Have a background in the audit practice of a Big Four firm or comparable accounting organization;
• Have 1 to 4 years of experience in an international commercial organization;
• Possess strong knowledge of IFRS, Dutch GAAP, and financial reporting;
• Have experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance management;
• Demonstrate strong business partnering skills;
• Have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Be analytical, commercially minded, proactive, entrepreneurial, and hands-on.

• Salary between €95,000 and €115,000 gross per year including holiday allowance, depending on experience;
