Finance Manager

The Boss is an online gaming company that provides a casino entertainment platform for the North American market. The organization focuses on data-driven decision-making and innovative player experiences to build a differentiated gaming platform.

• Own the financial management and reporting of the sweepstakes business P&L;
• Provide visibility into revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, contribution margin, EBITDA, cash flow, and key financial movements;
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to analyze performance trends, cost drivers, and investment decisions;
• Support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and business case development;
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and periodic financial reporting;
• Develop management reporting packs covering financial performance, operating KPIs, supplier costs, payroll, marketing spend, and player economics;
• Translate financial data into practical insights to support decision-making;
• Own month-end processes, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, journals, and management accounts preparation;
• Ensure financial controls are in place across spend approvals, vendor payments, payroll, and reporting;
• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice review, approval workflows, and vendor reconciliations;
• Execute payroll processes and coordinate with payroll providers, HR, and external advisors;
• Develop financial visibility across the sweepstakes operating model, including promotional spend, redemptions, and payment costs;
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance regarding financial processes;
• Establish financial discipline and operating cadence across the business.

• 5+ Years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, commercial finance, or financial management;
• Proven experience owning or supporting P&L reporting, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis;
• Strong accounting fundamentals, including month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, and cost control;
• Experience managing accounts payable, vendor payments, approval workflows, and expense control;
• Experience executing or overseeing payroll processes;
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for building financial models and reporting packs;
• Ability to work directly with senior leadership and translate financial information into business insights;
• High attention to detail and a strong ownership mindset;
• Must be based in Cyprus or willing to relocate to Cyprus;
• Nice to have: Experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, sweepstakes, social casino, fintech, payments, or digital consumer businesses, experience with US-facing online gaming, experience with payment processing, redemptions, chargebacks, bonus costs, player economics, or gaming supplier fees, experience working with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and corporate service providers, professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, CA, or equivalent, experience in a growth-stage or scaling business.
