• Partner with business stakeholders to provide a financial perspective on product and investment decisions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting for the assigned area, validating assumptions, ensuring realistic plans, and aligning resource allocation with business and company priorities
• Analyze financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management explaining financial performance and key business drivers
• Support business cases for new initiatives by estimating costs, returns, and financial impact with stakeholders
• Collaborate with FP&A, Controlling, and Data teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency in reporting and financial data
• Improve planning models, reporting tools, and analytical processes to enhance forecasting quality and decision-making
• Foster financial literacy and accountability across the organization by helping non-financial stakeholders understand the financial implications of their decisions

• Experience as a Finance Business Partner, Financial Analyst, or in a similar FP&A role at a multinational or fast-growing company
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and performance management processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• High proficiency in Excel and experience with FP&A tools and BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or BOARD
• Strong business acumen and confidence engaging with technical and product stakeholders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain complex financial topics to non-financial audiences
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Fluent English, written and spoken
