• Independently initiate and maintain research coverage of Chinese companies listed in the US and Hong Kong, regularly updating ratings and price targets.
• Analyze companies across sectors, assessing business models, competitive positioning, growth prospects, and key risks.
• Build and update detailed financial models; publish initiation reports, earnings updates, and other equity research.
• Identify short-term opportunities, including outside regular coverage, and publish concise, actionable investment ideas.
• Assess how China's economic trends, government policies, and regulations affect company fundamentals and sectors.
• Engage with management of covered and prospective companies through earnings calls and virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with the China IPO analyst on market developments, newly listed companies, and potential coverage.
• Provide media commentary and participate in investor events when required.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of equity research or fundamental analysis experience covering listed companies, preferably at a broker, bank, asset manager, or research firm.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including three-statement forecasts, DCF, and relative valuation.
• Strong analytical thinking, independent investment views, and ability to quickly understand unfamiliar businesses and sectors.
• Solid financial statement analysis skills and knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, or CAS.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver accurate research under tight deadlines, especially during earnings seasons.
• Advanced English, including professional financial writing and communication skills.
• Будет плюсом: Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Wind, or similar platforms is an advantage; Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency and CFA designation or candidacy are advantages
