• Participate in Deal Advisory projects across valuation, feasibility studies, development consulting, strategy development, and M&A transactions
• Perform financial analysis of real estate projects, companies, and investment holdings
• Prepare and review financial models ranging from quick assessment models to flexible, comprehensive models
• Conduct industry research and real estate market analysis
• Calculate and review real estate asset values using market-based valuation approaches
• Prepare and review reports and presentations for internal and client use
• Coach and support junior team members on project-related tasks
• Prepare and oversee marketing and presentation materials for business development and client engagement initiatives

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Valuation, Construction, or a related field, with strong academic performance
• 2–5 Years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, M&A advisory, valuation consulting, or a real estate company
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and techniques, including DCF
• Understanding of valuation approaches in Kazakhstan and international valuation practice
• Knowledge of financial accounting and familiarity with IFRS
• Advanced user of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical abilities, including numeracy, data structuring, and advanced research skills
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills in English
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
